The Cicangkang Hilir Village Office is a village office located in Cipongkor District, West Bandung Regency, is a service, is a service office for the village community, one of the things done by village officers is to serve the community complaint process in Cicangkang Hilir village. The current complaint sistem is carried out face-to-face so that the community must directly come to the village office, from complaints made by officers will record in the complaint book and sort out which complaints must be directly handled by the authorized officer and will record the solutions they have done. This sistem has shortcomings, namely people have to come to the village office, while not all residents can or quickly come because the distance between the village and the village office is quite far, recording complaints and solutions that can result in damaged books, unclear writing, Untidy results in officers having difficulty reporting complaints and solutions that occur daily to the village head, so therefore the author is interested in conducting research and overcoming the problem by making a website-based community complaint application. The research method uses the SDCL (Sistem Development Life Cyrcel) method in designing applications with the waterfall model process. This application is expected to overcome the problem according to what the author has analyzed.
