Abstract

With the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology today, of course, it has a
so big impact on very significant changes in various the fields. Until now is the medical record system at the
Tangerang Regency Hospital is not yet web-based because the service process to patients, processing patient
data and reports, and processing medical record data is still conventional and has not been stored in a single
database. The purpose of this study is to build a medical record system that provides convenience and efficiency
in the management of medical record data, to find the best solution for a medical record information system at a
Hospital in Tangerang Regency, making it easier for users to find and obtain information about the patient data
needed online. quickly without being constrained by time and place problems. The problem is occurs is the
needed for rooms and place as well as in circulation if the medical record data is only in physical form. One of
the efforts that can made to maximized the utilization and, use of such data or information for develop an
information infrastructure with digitalization concepts and, better known as web-based. The research method is
using descriptive methods and in analysis and design the system is the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
method with the Unified Modeling Language. Data collection technique were carried out using observation,
interviews, and literature study. The results of this study form of software, namely a web-based medical record
information system that good quality level and can function to provide the information about medical record data
quickly and, supports digital concepts.
