Aplikasi Pelayanan Pemesanan Makanan Berbasis Web di CV Cafe Ramen
Abstract
The study titled "Development of a Web-Based Food Ordering Service Application at CV Cafe Ramen" is based on the high volume of food orders that make the ordering service ineffective. Ordering is still done using a note book, which is prone to forgetting input or losing data. This application aims to improve employee performance in managing order data and facilitate the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. The study uses a qualitative approach with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data collection is done through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The system is designed using the waterfall model and UML. This application improves efficiency and minimizes input errors..
