Perancangan Chatbot Berbasis Whatsapp Service Order Delivery Menggunakan Metode Dialog Flow
Abstract
The number of Kentucky Fried Chicken customers is increasing day by day, thus encouraging the growth of the number of outlets over time. The increase in the number of customers and outlets has encouraged the Kentucky Fried Chicken company to carry out an innovation process in providing order delivery services around the Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet area to customers who can order via messengers such as Whatsapp. Previously, service order media was carried out conventionally through customer service 14022, the presence of chatbot technology is now an alternative solution, where chatbot technology makes it easier to connect Kentucky Fried Chicken with customers in carrying out a service order delivery transaction process using the Whatsapp platform. Chatbot is a computer program application in the field of artificial intelligence that was developed to stimulate interactive conversations through text, images or sound, which is part of the branch of machine learning-natural language processing. In this journal research, a chatbot was developed using a dialogue flow method which includes agent, intent and phrase training sections. From the results of tests carried out via WhatsApp messages, it shows that the chatbot developed can work well and provide feedback responses according to the keywords in the training phrase.
