Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Buku Besar Perusahaan Jasa Untuk UMKM

Abstract

Abstract- Information technology is widely used to support business activities, including medium, small and micro enterprises (UMKM). The use of technology can be applied in managing company finances. A financial accounting information system that processes financial transactions into financial reports such as income statement, statement of equity and balance sheets can be implemented more easily, quickly and accurately. In this research, a financial accounting information system was developed to record transactions using journals and ledgers to produce financial reports in the form of a general ledger application. It is hoped that this ledger application can be implemented by UMKM to improve their financial accounting performance. Application development uses a waterfall model which refers to the system development cycle (System Development Life Cycle or SDLC). The application is a web-based application, which is run using a web browser. It can be installed on various operating system platforms and can be run by several users simultaneously.
