Abstract

Management of personnel administration is an important aspect in an organization. However, in some cases, managing salary records, recording employee attendance, applying for leave, and compiling related reports is still done manually, causing delays, errors, and complications. This research aims to design a web-based information system for salary management using the Gross Method on CV. Rahma's Blessing. The Gross method was chosen because of its ability to calculate salaries carefully and efficiently. In this research, an in-depth analysis of existing problems was carried out, such as slow and error-prone processes in salary management that have not been automated, limitations in recording and managing attendance, delays in submitting and approving deductions, and time wasted in collecting and compiling reports. The proposed system is created to address these issues by providing a web-based interface that allows employees to access salary calculation, record attendance, apply for leave & combine leave status efficiently. The result of this research is a web-based salary calculation information system that adopts the Gross Method. This system is needed to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing personnel administration at CV. Rahma's Blessing.
