This journal operates at the national level and covers various general problems or issues related to community service activities. The purpose of this journal is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas as well as research results achieved in the field of community service.</p> <p data-start="536" data-end="925"><strong>Jurnal Abdimas Smart Cirebon</strong> publishes various community service activities carried out by diverse groups in addressing and managing the potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist within society. The implementation of service activities also involves the participation of communities and partners. These activities are organized with the aim of improving community welfare.</p> <p data-start="927" data-end="1493">In the coming publication years, the journal will be published four times a year. Interested authors may submit manuscripts by following the established submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to the editorial office of Jurnal Abdimas Smart Cirebon must comply with the writing guidelines. Manuscripts that do not conform to the guidelines or are written in a different format will be REJECTED by the editors before further review. <p>Transformasi digital yang berkembang pesat menuntut peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi jaringan. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) khususnya program keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) memiliki peran penting dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki keterampilan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kompetensi guru dengan standar industri networking yang terus berkembang, terutama terkait penguasaan konfigurasi perangkat jaringan berbasis standar internasional seperti Cisco. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi networking guru TKJ melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis kurikulum Cisco Networking Academy. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 guru TKJ dari berbagai SMK di Kota Cirebon. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi survei kebutuhan peserta, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan berbasis praktik (hands-on lab), serta pendampingan implementasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Materi pelatihan mencakup IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, VLAN, serta troubleshooting jaringan menggunakan simulasi Cisco Packet Tracer. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 62,4 pada pre-test menjadi 84,6 pada post-test dengan peningkatan sebesar 22,2 poin atau sekitar 35,5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan teknis guru dalam bidang networking. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan kurikulum berbasis standar industri serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membimbing siswa menuju sertifikasi profesional di bidang jaringan komputer.</p>
